SHIPPING POLICY
Our aim is to deliver the item(s) you have ordered in the shortest possible time, keeping the shipping process as simple as possible.
DELIVERIES IN GREECE
For orders: 3 euros every order. Free Shipping for orders from 30 euros. The item(s) you have ordered will be sent to the address you have given us through the courier company «ACS COURIER». “Tony Couper” reserves the right to use a different courier company.
Within 3-4 working days for mainland Greece, Crete and the islands (this applies to deliveries in the main cities of the Prefectures and not to remote areas), assuming the items you have ordered are available. These time limits do not apply in periods of bad weather, strikes or during any force majeure event which may affect delivery times.
If a product is not immediately available, you will be notified promptly by the orders department of the estimated delivery time.
DELIVERIES TO THE REST OF THE WORD
All parcels to any other country are delivered within 5-7 days, with “ACS COURIER”.
